The Palos Verdes Symphonic Band is proud to open its 62nd concert season with our annual fall concert on October 20th at 4pm. This concert features a full symphonic band and magical music. You will hear favorites such as “Selections from the Wizard of Oz” and music from “Wicked”. We will also debut a new piece by composer Bill Malcom and perform some other titles such as “The Hut of Baba Yaga” from “Pictures at an Exhibition”. All ages are invited as this is a completely FREE event.

Grab your popcorn box and enjoy a night at the movies courtesy of this 40+ piece community ensemble which features professional and amateur musicians of all ages and professions. The Band has dubbed this performance “Dinosaur Wizards In Space” as they will celebrate the music of iconic film composer, John Williams, known for his work on Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, Star Wars and Indiana Jones. Food and beverage will be available for purchase, including our night’s specialty menu items of Dark Side Negroni and Jurassic French Dipped Sandwich. Come make the night yours!
