Weekly Rehearsal and Annual PVSB Meeting this Wednesday 9/28

Something a bit different for this Wednesday…

We’ll have our usual rehearsal during the first hour (7:30-8:30), then hold our Annual Meeting during the second hour (8:30-9:30).

Since this is our first in-person Annual Meeting since the end of the pandemic, we are hoping to fill some still-vacant positions as we begin to recover (e.g. new at-large board members, various chairs/coordinators including publicity, membership, and social media). We’ll also be reviewing our accomplishments over the past year (!), as well as previewing potential music for the upcoming year.

With regards to the last item, I have compiled a list of working concert themes based almost entirely on member suggestions. This Wednesday, I’ll present this list in the form of a ballot, then ask everyone to submit their preferences the following week.
